There’s nothing like having the exclusive use of all six rooms & suites. Additional benefits of a whole inn rental include the use of the grand Council Room – not to mention the peaceful outdoor areas – all of the porches, the Garden Patio with the best view for miles, and fire pit.
The Overlook Inn is the perfect setting for Family Reunions, Showers, Team Retreats, Girlfriend (or Guys) Getaways, or just good friends and family getting together with no distractions or stresses. It’s the stuff that lasting memories are made of.
Each of our 6 rooms has an occupancy of 2 people, maximum occupancy for the entire inn rental is 12 people. The inn rental is for guests staying at the inn only, no additional family or friends will be permitted on the premises during the stay. Registered guests only are allowed through the gate to the inn.

Show your loved one just how romantic you can be! Your room will be decorated with rose petals and candles, creating a wonderland of romance. Comes with a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne or cider.

Includes a bottle of our featured wine or cider, and a selection of fine cheeses, gourmet summer sausage and salami rounds in addition to fruit and crackers.
Personalized Cake ❖ $49
Add on a cake with a special message! Let us know about kind you would like and the message to add onto it and we can have it in your room upon arrival as a special surprise for your special someone!
Package includes an 8″ round, one-layer cake (choose from vanilla or chocolate) with traditional butter cream or cream cheese icing. Please specify in reservation what type of cake, what color icing, and the message you would like.

Pillow Talk ❖ $29
Surprise your special someone with some sweet “pillow talk” The Overlook Inn style. We’ll have a box of chocolates with a little “love note” and a sprinkling of heart confetti on the pillow upon arrival in your room.
Each note is different and you can request a special message to be written on the back of the note to your special someone.
