My wife Adele and I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the gracious hospitality you showed us during our recent stay at the Overlook Inn. Your entire staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable, and indeed it was. We especially want to thank Neil. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and he went well beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was perfect. All the rooms are nice, but our room, the Grand Gahuti, was by far the best in my opinion. We especially enjoyed the mountain view from the hot tub on our private screened in porch. The King size canopy bed and the lovely bathroom were also highlights. My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but I can safely say this was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Thank you so very much. We will be back soon.

My wife and I just returned from our one-night stay at the Overlook Inn. Both of us have high standards, and we were not disappointed. Our room (the Conquistador) was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the greatroom, with its leather chairs and terrific view…it was such a nice spot to relax. We also enjoyed the “candlelight dessert” (German Chocolate Cake for us), as well as waking to the smell of a tasty breakfast. The service was great as well…from our arrival to breakfast to our departure, we were treated very kindly (as one would expect at a B&B).

We definitely recommend this hidden gem!

I was just checking out your website again, reminiscing. My husband and I stayed with you for a few days in the summer of 2005 to elope somewhere beautiful. We had a spectacular time! Thank you for the great stay and wonderful hospitality in your beautiful bed and breakfast. We plan on coming back next year for our five year anniversary!

We stayed for a night in the Celestial suite, and had a wonderful time. I can`t say enough about the beauty and the serenity of the Inn. I could have stayed for weeks. I must say one of my favorite moments was sitting in the lobby with my boyfriend drinking wine and eating cheese and looking out at the beautiful view. I also must say how wonderful our breakfast was. Look forward to returning and staying a for longer.

We just came back from our relaxing weekend there and loved every minute. We have told all of our friends and relatives about how great it was and can`t wait to go back. The view was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was great, the service was great! It was the perfect `get away from it all` spot.

We came in the autumn of 08 for two nights and stayed for 8 we love dit. I dream of the bED and breakfast regularly and its such a place of peace and tranquility. I adore the mountain and the flok on the Mountain. The owners Liz and Robert were great and so helpful as was Tina in reception. God bless you all see you Sept 09

We had an amazing time! This place really is this pretty in person. We visited with 4 other couples. The food, accommodations and staff were absolutely wonderful. Just the get away we needed. We would come back any time.

Thanks to all of you for making our all to short stay wonderful. Your Inn is warm and welcoming and the views quite spectacular. Although we have lived in the Atlanta area for over 35 years, we had never made it to this part of the state before. We are looking forward to uor next get away with you.
