Two night minimum year round; three night minimum on some holidays.
Note: A one night stay may be approved with cleaning surcharge. Please call for availability. 

Sorry, because of our size, no children or pets allowed at the Inn.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms,
ashtrays are provided outside on individual porches.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
(Visa, MC, and American Express accepted).
No reservations held on declined credit cards.
Total rental charges due at check-in.
Personal checks only accepted if received 14 days in advance of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days in advance of arrival date - Full refund less $30 reservation fee.
29 - 14 days in advance – Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount but may choose alternate non-cancelable dates.
13 days or less in advance – Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount unless we are able to re-book the room for the same time period
